We will try to call about items we have priced at $50 or more. Regarding items that have not sold during your consignment agreement period items under $50 will be donated. ![]() Please Note: Credit for any item that sold more than 24 months ago / 2 years ago, remains available as a store credit ONLY and will not be payable in cash.Exception: if an item sells for over $50, consignor earns 50% cash or 60% in store credit. The consignor will receive 40% of the sale of each item sold, in cash, or 50% in store credit.Accordingly, prices may (at our discretion) be reduced more than as described above if we think that they will not otherwise sell. We make every effort to maximize the amount of money our consignors will receive.After the 15th day of the third month, items that remain unsold will be given to local organizations to distribute to those in need.At the end of the second month, the price of remaining unsold items will be reduced an additional 25%.At the end of the first full month of consignment, remaining unsold items will be reduced in price by 25%.Our Consignment Agreement is for 3 months.Clear your closet and your mind, by letting go before you come to consign. Helping you find items that did not sell, requires manpower that cancels out any profit, and distracts us from customer service. Our pricing includes the cost of going through your items, entering accepted items into our system, tagging, hanging, steaming, displaying, selling, and passing unsold items on to places where they will have a new life. Please do not bring items with the intent of asking us to help you find and take-back what does not sell (exception: designer / high-end items).that store brands of (Walmart, Old Navy, Target, Kohl’s, etc.) - will not be accepted regardless of retail price. Here is a much simpler way to help you know what to bring for consignment: We cannot accept items that have a retail price of less than $20 because it would cost more to process them than we would make on them after giving a percentage to you. We no longer have a “No Thank You Brands” list as it is impossible to maintain.Clothing must be neatly folded into a bag.Please call ahead to confirm that someone will be available to look at it. Designer/High-End items will need to be authenticated by the staff who has been trained to do this.You must be ready to totally let go of these items. Current style, good quality, like-new or gently worn condition only, items must not be older than 2-3 years, please: no stains, signs of wear and/or odor.Please fill out the Yellow Consignment Agreement Slip at the In-Takes area of the store with your name, cell phone and email address.To be fair to all of our consignors, we allow 1 scheduled appointment per week. Bring a maximum of 20 items per appointment.Things to Consider when Deciding on what to Consign: After your scheduled appointment happens, you will receive an email from us within a 2-week period alerting you of the items accepted and the retail price that they will be placed out on the selling floor.On the date/time of your appointment, you would come to the store and go to the In-Takes area, fill out a Yellow Consignment Agreement Slip and one of associates will process your items with you and you can take back or donate items not accepted. When scheduling an In-Person appointment, please add “in-person” next to your name. ![]()
